Red State Marketing provides SEO audits, search engine optimization, content strategy, and related digital marketing services. The scope, deliverables, and pricing of any engagement will be outlined in a separate service agreement or statement of work before work begins.
Free audit
Our free SEO audit is provided at no cost and with no obligation. The audit is for informational purposes and represents our professional assessment at a point in time. You are free to use, ignore, or share the audit as you see fit. Receiving a free audit does not create an ongoing service relationship.
No guarantees of results
SEO results depend on many factors outside our control, including search engine algorithm changes, competitor activity, and your ability to implement recommendations. While we work toward measurable outcomes, we do not guarantee specific rankings, traffic levels, or revenue figures. Case studies and metrics on our website represent past client results and are not guarantees of future performance.
Intellectual property
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is the property of Red State Marketing and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Deliverables created for you during an engagement (audits, strategies, reports) are yours to keep and use, regardless of whether you continue working with us.
Payment terms
Payment terms for ongoing services will be specified in your service agreement. Invoices are due upon receipt unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with overdue balances exceeding 30 days.
Termination
Either party may terminate an ongoing service engagement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, you will receive all completed deliverables and any work in progress. We do not hold your data, strategy, or content hostage.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Red State Marketing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved in accordance with applicable federal and state law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our site or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
